This small ceramic bowl features a hand-carved butterfly surrounded by scattered blossoms and softly curving floral forms. Set against a deep black ground with white speckled details, the warm orange, brown, and ivory tones feel vivid but quiet at the same time, giving the piece a slightly dreamlike mood. It feels like a moment of still transformation—something delicate appearing in the dark, just before it fully opens.
Every EBMing piece begins with an original design, with carving, coloring, and finishing all completed by hand. Rather than copying nature exactly, the studio reworks flowers, animals, and shifting forms into expressive patterns with their own rhythm and presence. Each piece is fired at 1240°C, preserving the depth of the carved surface and the subtle variations that make every work one of a kind.
EBMing Studio reimagines the creatures around us through lines, colors, and imagination. Rather than recreating nature, we capture the feelings they leave behind—turning clay into small worlds filled with curiosity, warmth, and life.

Form & Aesthetics
I have always been inspired by the small lives around us—birds among branches, butterflies passing through flowers, and animals moving through worlds we often overlook. Rather than recreating them exactly as they appear in nature, I capture their impressions through simplified forms, hand-carved lines, and imagined colors, giving each piece its own character and feeling.
For me, clay is a way to preserve these moments of connection with nature. Every mark left by the hand and every unique shape gives the work a sense of life and warmth. Through EBMing Studio, I hope to create objects that bring curiosity, joy, and a closer appreciation of the beautiful lives that surround us.
