If your shipping address is in a remote area or a location not directly covered by our standard shipping services, we will contact you via email to discuss the shipping options available. In such cases, additional shipping charges or alternative shipping methods may apply.

Shipping Timeframe

Our typical shipping span is between 8 to 15 days, but please note that the delivery time may vary due to the nature of our handcrafted products.

Since all of our products are handmade, some production process begins only after your order is placed. This means that some items may require additional time for crafting before they are ready to ship. Depending on the artist's inventory management and the complexity of the design, the total delivery time can range from 15 days to up to 2 months.

We strive to keep you informed throughout the process, and if there are any delays due to production or inventory, we will notify you via email with an updated estimated delivery time. (We will offer the tracking number once the item was sent)
