About Our Pieces
Are all your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every Ceramic Villa piece is crafted by hand, often in small batches or made to order. Each one carries its own subtle marks and variations — this is part of their unique beauty.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Each piece is individually made, so slight differences in glaze, carving, or color are to be expected. We see these as signs of the artisan’s hand — no two are exactly alike.
How should I care for my ceramics?
We recommend gentle hand-washing. Some pieces are dishwasher safe, but to preserve their glaze and texture, hand care is best.
Ordering & Payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email us as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods at checkout.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes! You can enter any valid discount code at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with secure, tracked delivery. You would receive a tracking number as soon as we send your piece away.
How long does shipping take?
Because many pieces are made or finished to order, your delivery time may vary. Most orders arrive within 13–45 days, which also depending on your location. Don't worry, you can ask about the progress anytime.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, standard international shipping is free for all orders.
Will I need to pay customs duties?
Customs duties are on us. All you need to pay is the price you see in the product page.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Some pieces are eligible for return, while others may not be. Please read our full Return Policy or reach out before ordering.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
We’ll gladly accept a return or issue a refund for damaged or defective items — but please share an unboxing video as proof.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days, but please note: you’ll need to cover return shipping and a partial refund may apply for handmade pieces.
