This large ceramic bowl and plate are covered with hand-carved summer flowers and broad flowing leaves in warm orange, yellow, coral, green, and blue-grey. The patterns spread densely across the black clay surface, giving each piece the feeling of a garden in full growth. The bowl and plate can be chosen separately or paired as a complete set.
Every EBMing piece begins with an original design, with carving, coloring, and finishing completed entirely by hand. The studio reshapes familiar plants and living forms into expressive patterns with their own rhythm rather than reproducing nature exactly. Each piece is fired at 1240°C, preserving the depth of the carved lines and the subtle variations created through handwork.
