At Ceramic Villa, we understand the unique value of handcrafted products, and we want our customers to feel confident in their purchases. Please carefully review our return policy:
Eligible Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, some items are non-returnable for reasons of personal preference or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we always offer a full refund under the conditions below:

Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is damaged or has defects beyond acceptable tolerances (minor imperfections are expected for handmade items), we will provide a full refund. To be eligible, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect. -
Incorrect Product Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will provide a full refund once you share an unboxing video as proof. -
Change of Mind
Some studios accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be in new, unused condition. Please note that due to the unique nature of handmade products, only 50% of the product price will be refunded for returns under this condition, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned item in good condition. If the returned item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging or unreliable shipping, no refund will be provided. We strongly recommend choosing a reputable international shipping carrier and packing the item securely.
Return Process
For Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Products:
We will issue a full refund and cover return shipping costs. Refunds and shipping will be processed after the item is received and the return shipping receipt is provided. Refunds will be made via bank transfer.
For Change of Mind Returns:
Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer. Refunds (50% of the product price) will be processed after we receive the returned item in unused, undamaged condition. If the returned item arrives damaged, no refund will be issued. Please ensure the item is packed safely and shipped via a reliable carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
Some handcrafted items are non-returnable for change of mind. This depends on the studio’s policy and will be stated in the product description. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether an item can be returned for personal reasons.

Provide Proof
If you are requesting a refund for a damaged or incorrect item, please include an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the item upon opening. -
Return Shipping
For change of mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For items visibly damaged during transit, you may choose to keep the damaged item and still receive a full refund.
Important Notes
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be returned in unused, unwashed condition.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
- For change of mind returns, please choose a reliable shipping service and pack your item well. We cannot issue a refund for returned items that arrive damaged.
