The Shadow Celadon Minimalist Necklace from C.CLAYLAB’s Wandering Breeze Collection is designed with restraint and clarity, echoing the quiet movement of water and wind.
The pendant is shaped by hand from mutton fat jade clay and finished in a shadow celadon glaze—a tone drawn from Song Dynasty porcelain, shifting softly between translucent white and blue depending on the light. The surface is polished 3–5 times and twice fired at over 1280°C, resulting in a smooth, durable finish with no added chemicals.
Suspended on a simple 925 silver chain, the pendant brings a light, balanced presence to daily wear. Its understated form and soft color offer quiet contrast to busier surroundings, making it easy to wear on its own or layered.

designed and crafted only once, never to be reproduced.
These are not just adornments, but singular expressions of form, emotion, and time.
Delivery
As each item is handmade and shipped internationally, delivery may take between 13 to 45 days. Some pieces are made to order, which means they need time to be crafted with care before they’re ready to travel. We’ll keep you updated by email, and you’re always welcome to reach out for progress updates. International shipping can take a little longer — but we offer free standard shipping on every order. Thank you for your patience for the beauty that takes time.

C.CLAYLAB
C.CLAYLAB, founded by artist Chen Yuan in Jiangxi, China, is a jewelry brand that channels the essence of nature and the passage of time through ceramics. Chen Yuan’s work, exhibited at the Design Museum in London and the Imperial Kiln Museum in Jingdezhen, explores time’s impermanence, finding inspiration in nature’s rhythms—like the fleeting dance of light and shadow. At C.CLAYLAB, we transform the humble clay into pieces that reflect Chinese aesthetics and a deep bond with the earth, using meticulous craftsmanship to honor life’s transience and timeless artistry.
